The vibrant hues offer a stark contrast to the quiet of nature and serenity of the park as it prepares for its mantle of white to arrive soon. A calm serenity drifts through the forests as a carpet of leaves silently cover the earth. Fall begins an introspection of spirit as wildlife scurries to prepare for the oncoming coldness of winter. |

And as the snow melts the area ponds burst forth with a symphony of sounds, led by the croaking song of frogs as their voices echo through the landscape.
